CANCELLATION RIGHT

Please note that you are entitled to cancel your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.  

DAMAGED GOODS

If Products are received in a damaged condition, please either email sales@castlewarehouse.com or telephone us on 01721 720348 no later than 7 days after the Product was received.  The Castle Warehouse (Peebles) Ltd will either replace the item or provide a full refund.  Any delivery costs that arise due to a damaged Product will be borne by the Castle Warehouse (Peebles) Ltd.

Under most circumstances, the Castle Warehouse (Peebles) Ltd will require a damaged Product to be returned to the following address:
